Who we are

This website, https://spankgifs.com, is a social collection of animated spanking and BDSM GIFs, shared from third-party sources and submitted by users. For any privacy question or request, write to dmca@spankgifs.com.

Adults only

This website contains adult content and is intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our web server records technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page, referring page and time. It is used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, and kept only for a limited period.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
• Advertising. The site is supported by advertising from third-party networks, including ExoClick and Adsterra. These networks and their partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to deliver ads, limit how often you see an ad (frequency capping), measure performance and prevent fraud. Their data use is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Local storage. The mobile shorts feed stores a small list of already-viewed item IDs in your browser's local storage (key sgs_seen) so it can show you new content. It contains no personal details, is not linked to an account, and only item IDs are sent to our server to fetch the next items of the feed. You can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

Information you give us

• GIF submissions. If you use the Submit your GIF form, we receive the alias, email address, title, description, tags and file you send, together with your confirmations. The alias, title, description and file may be published; your email address is never published and is used only to contact you about your submission.
• Emails. If you write to us (for example for a DMCA notice or a removal request), we keep the message to handle and document your request.
• Comments. If comments are open on a page and you leave one, we receive the data in the comment form plus your IP address and user agent for spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be checked with Gravatar (Automattic privacy policy).

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or browse in a private window. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking advertising cookies may result in less relevant ads or repeated ads, but the site will keep working.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers described above (hosting, analytics and advertising networks), when required by law, or to protect the site against abuse.

Retention

Logs and analytics data are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Submission and email data are kept while needed to manage your submission or request, or as required for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
